Courteney Cox, renowned for her role in Friends, refutes claims suggesting that she provided Prince Harry with magic mushrooms.
The 58-year-old actress acknowledged Prince Harry's presence at her California home but emphatically stated that she did not distribute any hallucinogenic substances.
Prince Harry, in his memoir Spare, recounted an incident where he indulged in "black diamond" mushrooms discovered in Cox's fridge, leading to hallucinations about her kitchen bin coming to life.
In an interview with Variety, Courteney Cox clarified, "I'm not saying there were mushrooms! I definitely wasn't passing them out. (Harry's) a really nice person."
Although she hasn't read Spare yet, the actress expressed her interest in doing so.
In his memoir, Prince Harry detailed an actor guiding him and a friend to Cox's fridge during a gathering at her house, where they stumbled upon a supply of "black diamond mushroom chocolates."
Describing the experience, Prince Harry mentioned consuming the mushrooms with tequila and later hallucinating about Courteney's kitchen bin opening its mouth with a huge, grinning expression.
