In a video released by TMZ on January 12, Tom Holland, 27, unequivocally dismissed the breakup rumors, emphatically stating, "No no no no, absolutely not." The video captured Holland navigating the streets of Los Angeles as he clarified his relationship status with Zendaya.
Earlier in the month, Zendaya, 27, raised eyebrows when she cleared her Instagram follow list, prompting discussions about a potential split with Holland. Despite the social media shake-up, Zendaya shared a post on Instagram captioned, "Challengers April 26th," promoting her upcoming film directed by Luca Guadagnino and sending well wishes for the new year.
Notably, Zendaya's Instagram activity did not include a post about her relationship with Holland. However, Holland continues to follow Zendaya on Instagram. While the actor has been relatively inactive on the platform since November 2023, he has previously acknowledged his sporadic use of social media, mentioning, "I delete my Instagram for days at a time."
With this clarification from Tom Holland, it seems the couple is still very much together, and the Instagram purge was not indicative of a breakup.
